BPO, also known as Business Process Outsourcing, has reached enormous heights for the last 10 years. Companies have been outsourcing in multi-level spheres where outsourced functions or projects differ in scale and magnitude. While some choose to outsource one-man functions such as payroll management, feasibility study, or web design; other opt to venture into bigger risks by integrating business outsourcing with hybrid offshore operations.
