A recent trend shows that more and more companies are preferring third-party providers to tackle paperwork for employee benefits. Experts feel that one of the primary reasons of employee benefit outsourcing is that workers simply abhor the extensive working hours needed for the administrative work involved with these duties. It is of course better if someone else preferably a third party negotiates the work and in return the employers pay the fees.
